DELIVERY TIMESCALES

Please check the timescales below before placing your order to ensure the

despatch times are acceptable to you. If you have an urgent order, please call

or email us with your requirements and we will do our best to help.

Invite Designer Kits

Please allow 7-10 days. If printing is not required, we will often improve on this timescale, however, you do still need to allow 10 days for despatch. If an item is out of stock, the despatch time may be extended, you will be informed of this via email. On occasion, we may send the majority of your order with an item to follow on back order.

Where printing is required for full orders - you must ensure you pay for the correct number of proofs when you choose your insert, this is for us to format your wording and email your proofs for approval before we print, this is normally done within 1-2 days of us receiving your wording. Once you have approved your proof, your order will be referred to our printing department where there will be customers ahead of you. Therefore, if you approve on day 9 your order is unlikely to be despatched by day 10. WE ARE CURRENTLY DESPATCHING ORDERS APPROX. 3 DAYS AFTER PROOF APPROVAL (on the rare occasion that we have stock shortages your order will be despatched within 10 days even if you have approved on day 2).

Samples of this range are normally sent within 3-4 days.

* Please note in order for us to keep the postage costs low for you, samples of DIY invitation kits are sent in padded envelopes. Actual orders are boxed and very well packaged.

Unique Favours & Place Card Holders

We do carry a significant amount of stock of these products and delivery is normally within 7-10 days, however, please allow upto 4 weeks to ensure delivery is before your event.

All other items

Are normally despatched within 5-7 days, we will notify you of any stock shortages that may delay your order

DELIVERY CHARGES

Orders are sent by either Royal Mail 1st Class, recordered delivery or a courier service, depending on their weight and value. In most cases a signature will be required, therefore it is advisable to designate a work address for delivery if there is no one at home in the day time.

PAYMENT

At the checkout you can choose either to:

Pay through Protx, a secure payment facility. We accept most major credit or debit cards.
Send a cheque made payable to Pure Invitation, to Unit A3, Little Heath Industrial Estate, Old Church Road, Coventry, CV6 7NB. Orders will not be sent until funds have cleared.
We have a minimum order value of £50 for orders being placed via phone
