Our Printing Service Explained

There are three options to our printing service:

1) Sample Printing
Choose this option if you’re ordering a sample and want to see the quality of our print service, it’s also a good way to check the colour print first hand as it can vary depending on your monitor settings.

2) Online proofing
There’s a minimum quantity of 10 to use this service.  The online proofing will allow you to create your own personalised wording using our text editor.  Simply click the add text box and then follow the printing tips. You can add several text boxes so this will enable you to be very specific with your layout. You will be creating your wording ready for print, so please ensure you have thoroughly checked it for any spelling mistakes and are completely happy with the wording and formatting before adding to the basket.  

Please note: If you’re ordering day and evening invitations, additional inserts and any other items that require printing, you’ll need to purchase each one separately so you can create individual online proof.

3) Custom Proofing
Use this service if you would prefer for one of our designers to format your wording.  A hard copy proof will be posted to you along with an emailed proof in a pdf format.   If any changes are required, we can do one reproof free of charge, this will only be emailed.  With this service you can purchase day and evening invitations at the same time, just ensure you choose the 2 proof option at upload 2 sets of wordings.

Reordering using existing proofs
If you need to reorder using the existing proofs created using the online proof text editor or our custom proof service, use the custom proof service and choose the 0 proofs for reordering. We will then email you your original proof for approval prior to printing.

Standard Printing Costs
The cost for our print service is 25p per print for black or grey and 35p per print for colour.

Bespoke Printing
If you have your own design that you would printing onto the pearlised inserts we are now able to offer custom in house printing.  We would need your artwork in a high resolution 300dpi image.  Please contact us at sales@pureinvitation.co.uk with your printing requirements and we will provide you with a quotation.
