To coordinate with our vintage rose design, the order of service is printed as a booklet with your personalised ceremony details on the inside. The front cover is printed with your names, wedding date and venue. It can be ordered as a DIY kit for self assembly or fully assembled.

Once you add to the basket, you'll be able to choose the font style for the front cover (we use a plain font on the inside that's easy to read) and you can upload your personalised wording or you can tick wording to follow and email it to us when you're ready.  It just needs to be typed onto word document, we'll format it all for you into a booklet style, include your names, date and venue for the front cover. 

We'll then post you a hard copy proof for you to check and approve prior to printing.  If any changes are required, we reproof via email.  Please allow up 10 working days for this item from proof approval, if you've left it late we can send the proof via email and offer you an express service upon checkout.

The card size is 155mm x 220mm when folded. There are two choices of card stock: matt white (300gsm) or a luxury pearlised card (285gsm) for an additional 10p.

Included in the price, is the vintage rose design front cover personalised with your names, church or venue details and wedding date. Up to 2 pages / 8 sides of text can be printed to make your order of service booklet.

You can choose to assemble the order of service your self or we can assemble it for you and you will receive your order fully made up and ready to use. 

* You will need double sided tape to make the invitations yourself, one roll makes about 70, you can purchase it here: DOUBLE SIDED TAPE  

There is a minimum of 30 for personalisation, samples can be ordered by selecting a quantity of 1 and will be sent with standard wording.

Please allow up to 4 working days for dispatch

Personalised items requiring a printing service, excluding fully assembled invitations.
Please allow 7-10 working days, we will often improve on this timescale but this timeframe allows for our busy peak times. 

Fully assembled invitations and stationery.
Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery from proof approval.

Dispatched within 5 working days, delivery is free of charge for samples


EXPRESS DELIVERY
We also offer an express delivery service, charges are as follows:

Items without a printing service: £15 - orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 12 noon 
Items requiring a printing service: £25 - orders are dispatched withing 4 working days
Items requiring an assembly service: £35 - orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days

On the rare occasion an item is out of stock, the despatch times may be extended, you will be informed of this via email. On occasion, we may send the majority of your order with an item to follow on back order, if we can’t meet the express timescales due to stock then you’ll be informed and a refund offered.


DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders are sent by either Royal Mail 1st Class, recordered delivery or a courier service, depending on their weight and value. In most cases a signature will be required, therefore it is advisable to designate a work address for delivery if there is no one at home in the day time.
