    What’s included
    Printed cover on luxury card stock with up to two white inserts equating to 8 sides as a booklet print. If you require more inserts then please request pricing.

    Personalisation
    There’s a minimum order of 30 for a first order and 6 for a repeat order. Once you’ve placed your order, simply email your wording to [email protected]. Digital proofs are emailed for your approval before we print, we allow one reproof free of charge.

    DIY or assembly?
    If you choose to DIY watch our easy-to-follow video tutorials. Alternatively, if you have chosen our assembly service our in-house team of expert crafters will make your beautiful invitations for you, and you’ll receive them ready to send out.

  • Frequently Asked Questions — Important Information

    How do I submit my wording?
    Once you’ve placed a full order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Simply reply to that email either attaching your wording in a word document or typed directly into the reply. Please ensure you’ve checked all your spelling and grammar before sending it to us as we only format the wording, we don’t review all the details.

    When should I submit my wording?
    There’s no time limit for your wording, simply email it to [email protected] when you’re ready. If you’re ordering early to claim an offer, just ask us to pop your order on hold.

    Will I see a proof?
    Yes, our in-house design team will create a digital PDF proof for you to check, make any changes, and approve before we print. We don’t proceed to print until we have your emailed proof approval.

    Is there a word limit?
    There’s not a word limit but please be mindful of the size of the card. If there’s a lot of text then please choose the double-sided option for the information card. If there’s too much text we will advise you to upgrade to a double-sided print if you haven’t ordered one, or reduce the text as required.

    Can you print in foreign languages?
    Yes, all we ask is for you to send the wording already translated. If you want a number of invitations printed in one language, and a number printed in another language please note there is a minimum print quantity of 20 per language required.

    Do you deliver overseas?
    Yes, we have many overseas customers and regularly ship worldwide. Please note if you are ordering outside of the UK, the UK tax has been deducted from your order but customs charges may apply. Please check with the customs operator in the destination country. For US orders there are no customs charges on orders under $800.

    Can I see a sample with my personalised wording?
    Due to the very high number of sample orders we receive, we don’t personalise wording at the sample stage. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a no quibble refund policy, so in the very rare event that you’re not happy with your invitations, you can return them to us for a full refund.     How do I personalise the menu RSVP?
    We can print a reduced menu on the reverse of a RSVP card. Your guests can initial against their preferences or if you’d prefer to give your guests the full menu then please order the larger information card. We would then print a reduced menu on the reverse of the RSVP card or lay it out as a table. Please email [email protected] if you’d like to see some examples.

    How long does it take to receive the invitations?

    Can I alter a design?
    Yes, all our designs can be tweaked to suit your individual style. All you need to do is email [email protected] with your ideas and we’ll provide you with a bespoke quotation.

    Do you have matching stationery?
    Yes, all of our designs have matching stationery available. There may be occasions where we haven’t yet uploaded all the matching items if a design has been recently added to the website but we can still produce the items. Please email [email protected] with your requirements.

    Do you offer wedding signs?
    Yes, we offer a wide range of signage for you wedding day including welcome and table plan signs. Click here to view the designs.

    Do you do evening invitations?
    All of our wedding invitations can be adapted and used for an evening invitation so even though you might not see an actual, separate evening version listed on the website for your chosen design, every single invitation we offer can be personalised to suit your needs. Find out more here.

    I have the same design for my day and evening invitations; can I put them through as one order?
    Yes if your invitation design is the same for both your day and evening celebrations you can put them through as one order and just let us know when you submit your wording how many for the day and how many for the evening.

    Can you print QR codes?
    Yes, we can include a QR code in your invitation design and print them. We just ask for the QR code to be sent to us in a suitable format and we recommend the code is printed in black to ensure it works.

  • Delivery — How long do products take to arrive?

    SAMPLES
    Dispatched within 2 working days of the order date via Royal Mail 2nd Class (UK), please allow 4 – 5 working days to receive delivery. For International samples please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

    DIGITAL SAVE THE DATES

    You will receive your Digital Save the Dates by email within two working days of receipt of wording.


    STANDARD DELIVERY
    Printed items, DIY self-assembly: Dispatched 10 working days from proof approval.

    Fully assembled items: Dispatched 15 working days from proof approval.

    UK delivery: DPD, on a next working day delivery. A signature will be required.
    International delivery: DHL, please allow 3-4 days. A signature will be required.

However, if for any reason you should have the need to return an item to us, you can do so for a full refund within 6 months of order placement. This applies to all printed orders, including personalised items. Excludes any digital products.
