Our 3-Month No Quibble Money Back Guarantee

We're proud of the quality of our wedding stationery and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

That's why we offer a 3-month No Quibble Money Back Guarantee on all physical products, including personalised invitations and stationery.

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, simply return it to us within 3 months of receiving it for a full refund of the returned products. No fuss, no awkward questions.

Our guarantee doesn't apply to digital products, including downloadable templates, digital invitations and wedding websites.

Changed Your Mind or Ordered Incorrectly?

If you've changed your mind, aren't happy with your stationery or have ordered incorrectly, you can return your items within 3 months of delivery.

Please include your order number or a copy of your order confirmation.

You'll need to cover the return postage costs, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage.

If you're returning your entire order, we'll also refund your original standard delivery charge. Original delivery charges are not refunded on partial returns unless required by law.

If you need replacement items because you've ordered incorrectly, these will need to be placed as a new order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care when preparing and packing every order, but occasionally things can go wrong.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at sales@pureinvitation.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery.

We'll arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate, in accordance with your statutory rights, and cover reasonable return postage costs where applicable.

Please contact us before returning faulty or damaged items so we can advise you on the next steps.

Digital Products

Our 3-month No Quibble Money Back Guarantee applies to physical products only.

Digital products, including editable templates, digital invitations and wedding websites, are excluded from this additional guarantee.

For digital content supplied immediately, your statutory right to cancel may end once supply begins, provided you've expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of that cancellation right.

This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, or sooner where required by law.

For full returns under our guarantee, we'll also refund your original standard delivery charge. Any additional charge for express delivery is not normally refundable unless required by law.

Where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, we'll also cover reasonable return postage costs where applicable.

Your Statutory Rights

Our 3-month No Quibble Money Back Guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect them.
