Can I personalise the invitations?
Yes all our printing is completely bespoke. We can print any wording of your choice to suit you. Click here for some wording suggestions to get started.
How do I submit my wording?
Once you’ve placed a full order, all you need to do is reply to your order confirmation either attaching your wording in a word document or typed directly onto an email. Please ensure you’ve checked all your spelling and grammar before sending it to us as we only format the wording we don’t review all the details.
When should I submit my wording?
There’s no time limit for your wording, simply email it to [email protected] when you’re ready. If you’re ordering early to claim an offer, just ask us to pop your order on hold.
Will I see a proof?
Yes, we will produce a digital PDF proof for you to check, make any changes and approve before we print. We don’t proceed until we have your emailed proof approval.
Is there a word limit?
No there’s not a word limit but please be mindful of the size of the card. If there’s a lot of text then please choose the double sided option for the information card. If there’s too much text we will advise you to upgrade to a double sided print if you haven’t ordered one or reduce the text as required.
Can you print in foreign languages?
Yes, all we ask is for you to send the wording already translated.
Can I see a sample with my personalised wording?
Due to the very high number of samples we receive, we can’t personalise wording at sample stage. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a no quibble refund policy. In the very rare event that you’re not happy with your invitations, you can return them to use for a full refund. Read about it here
How do I personalise the menu RSVP?
We can print the reduced menu on the reverse of the RSVP. Your guests can initial against their preferences or if you’d prefer to give your guests the full menu then please order the information card. We would then print a reduced menu on the reverse of the RSVP card or as a table. Please email [email protected] if you’d like to see some examples.
How long does it take to receive the invitations?

Can I alter the design?
Yes, all our designs can be tweaked to suit your individual style. All you need to do is email sal[email protected] with your ideas and we’ll provide you with a bespoke quotation.
Do you have all the matching stationery?
There may be occasions where we haven’t yet uploaded all the matching items if a design has been recently added to the website. We can still produce the matching items, please email [email protected] with your requirements.
How do I order more invitations?
We have a minimum order of 6 for repeat orders. Order in the usual way, in the comments box at the checkout just tell us that it’s a repeat order. We hold all your wording on file.
