We’ve rounded up five of the biggest floral trends for weddings next year – will you be incorporating any into your wedding?

All white

It’s highly expected that the late HRH Elizabeth II favourite flower, lily of the valley, will feature heavily in the coronation next year and experts are attributing this as one of the reasons for the growing trend of all-white bouquets which started this year and will continue into next. Chic, elegant and modern you can’t go wrong if you choose to follow this trend for your wedding bouquet.

Subtle pops of colour

If you can’t quite do the all-white trend and want to add just a touch of colour into your florals another trend coming through for 2023 is to add just a touch of colour to contrast against the more classic neutrals that never go out of fashion. Adding colour symbolises joy and new beginnings, so add your favourite hues with confidence.

Barbiecore bouquets

At the complete opposite end of the all-white trend is Barbiecore. It’s a trend that has already filtered into fashion, interiors and beauty so unsurprisingly it’s having an influence on florals too. Think bright, vibrant pinks as opposed to traditional blush tones. It’s not a trend for the fainthearted but if its good enough for Barbie it’s good enough for us!

Think green

Greenery bouquets have been around for a few years now and it’s a trend that’s not going anywhere thanks to the demand for budget-conscious yet stylish solutions. Using a whole lot of greenery and foliage is an inexpensive way to create a impactful and stylish bouquet. Talk to your chosen florist for their recommendations on which greenery will be best.

Grand arrangements

Although the trend for bridal bouquets is to go smaller, when it comes to the floral arrangements elsewhere on the big day the prediction is the bigger the better. Sweeping floor arrangements, will peak in 2023, along with dramatic arrangements of different heights and vessels on tables, creating interest to the eye. If you like the idea of a grand floral installation but don’t have the Kardashian budget opt for just one flower cloud or floral arch.
